# Earlier work, 2012–2024

This is the work from the marketing-and-operations years: brand guides, case studies, websites, reporting dashboards, sales decks and a project-management tool. It's kept as it was made.

The current work grew straight out of it. The job then was taking a process that depended on people remembering things and turning it into a system that didn't. The job now is the same, except the system gets built by agents I direct in plain English. For what that looks like today, see [Builds](/builds/).
